I spent 17 years on air in radio and television. Morning shows, interviews, thousands of them. The whole job was sitting across from someone and asking questions until they said the interesting thing, then handing it back so they could hear it.
I do that now for women who have built something real and cannot find the words for it.
Here is what I learned doing it for two decades. The words are almost never the problem. You know exactly what you do. You will not say it plainly because saying it plainly means claiming it, and you were taught that claiming things was arrogant. So you hedge, and the hedge is what people hear.
I do not think God gave you the work and then asked you to whisper about it.
So we do both halves in the same hour. I pull the language out of you, and where a belief is making you shrink it, we clear it at the root. I am trained in belief work and I use it here quietly, underneath the conversation.
You have been carrying the messy version of your own explanation for a long time. This is one hour, and then you have the clean one.

How do I explain what I do in one sentence?
Say who you help and what changes for them, in words a stranger could repeat correctly. The reason it is hard is rarely vocabulary. Most women already know what they do and soften it when they say it out loud. The fastest way through is to have someone ask you questions until the real sentence comes out, then write it down before you talk yourself out of it.
Do I need a messaging coach or a copywriter?
A copywriter writes the words for you. A messaging session finds the words that are already yours and teaches you to say them. If your page reads fine but you still stumble when a person asks what you do, that is messaging. When you hire someone else words, THATS what makes it messy!
